At Clane Fertility Clinic, we routinely request a diagnostic semen analysis for all new patients attending the Clinic. Where the semen analysis indicates that one or more parameters are sub-standard our consultant may indicate ICSI or referral to a urologist available within Clane General Hospital.
The urologist will investigate the causes of subfertility and may request a TESE (Testicular Epididymal Sperm Extraction).
