In addition to being a fully Authorised Fertility Clinic, licensed to operate by the Irish Medicines Board (IMB), Clane Fertility Clinic has the distinction of being certified to CHKS International Standards.  The entire clinical, laboratory and administrative staff at Clane Fertility Clinic routinely examine every process, procedure, document and record to ensure that we deliver safe and optimum patient care. We continually audit our services and procedures ensuring best practice at all times.

Our Quality Manager, Ger Reynolds, has been the Quality/Accreditation lead for Clane General Hospital since she joined the Hospital staff in early 2009. She extended her role to cover the Quality needs here in the Clinic in November 2010.

Ger has an extensive nursing background, to a senior level, for over 30 years primarily in Haematology/Oncology. She has previously worked at specialist level on St. John's Ward in Crumlin- the paediatric Bone Marrow and Cancer specialist unit for Ireland. Before joining us here in Clane she was the Directorate Nurse Manager for the National Bone Marrow Transplant, National Haemophilia and Medical Cancer services at St. James' Hospital.
